Our client is recruiting a Training/Visual Designer Coordinator.
The visual designer / training coordinator Specialist will work closely with SHE department and other stakeholders to produce compelling, comprehensive, intuitive artworks and designs for projects of varying sizes and complexities including training materials, posters, business presentations and reports, web sites user interfaces, user experience designs etc. starting from an initial concept and thinking in terms of broader solutions, ensuring compliance with company’s policies and brand guidelines and regulations across all assets.
Develop and design training materials related to HSE practices for internal and external stakeholders.
Create complex, comprehensive and engaging multimedia materials, including graphics, animation, video, infographics etc. to facilitate effective training programs.
Create artwork, layout design etc. for various digital/print assets/products such as HSE web site, training and awareness brochures, business reports and presentations, posters, signage etc.
Create artwork and design for promotional and incentive scheme products.
Under general SHE department direction manage and coordinate projects assigned to 3rd parties multimedia suppliers through delivery.
Create content specification and design guidelines for 3rd party multimedia suppliers and merchants.
Maintain quality control of content, and support design strategy and execution while liaising with suppliers.
Inspect proofs for accuracy and adherence to appropriate production standards in line with company’s requirements and brand guidelines.
Have a formal knowledge and understanding of SHE management fundamentals and principles.
Ability to read, interpret and analyse HSE performance statistical data.
Integrate HSE principles into all design aspects, emphasising safety and environmental responsibility.
Collaborate with HSE professionals to ensure accurate representation of safety guidelines and procedures in all design work and final materials/products.
Monitor design projects for compliance with HSE regulations and standards.
Conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with company policies and industry best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HSE professionals, project managers, and marketing teams, to gather information and insights for design projects.
Participate in safety meetings and contribute to discussions on design-related safety considerations.
Bachelor’s degree, Web Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic and web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
High level of Certification or training in Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
Familiarity with construction industry standards and HSE regulations.
Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and web development tools.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex HSE concepts through visual design.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free designs.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to understand HSE statistical analysis and contribute to report writing.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a flexible workload effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
